Current Open Position: Ballet & Pre-Pointe Instructor
Wish Dance Academy is seeking an experienced ballet dance instructor who loves children and has a passion for teaching dance. Our growing studio requires reliable individuals who want to grow with us and help foster a supportive and positive environment. We take the culture of our close-knit team very seriously and are excited to connect with those who see the value and potential of our business goals.
The perfect fit will have experience teaching classical ballet to students of all ages and levels (beginner to advanced) ages 7-18. This position may be assigned specialized classes in pre-pointe work. Therefore, preference will be given to candidates with a record of accomplishment in teaching pre-pointe and pointe classes (from beginner to intermediate/advanced). They will nurture an enthusiasm for ballet training among students and abilities; create a welcoming and safe learning environment for students based on appropriate boundaries and the standards of dance class etiquette; work with the students to develop self-discipline and mutual respect for their classmates; provide individual feedback and encouragement to improve ballet technique.

Current Open Position: Special Events Coordinator
Wish Dance Academy is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Special Events Coordinator to oversee and implement this expanding sector of our studio. Our growing studio requires reliable individuals who want to grow with us and help foster a supportive and positive environment. We take the culture of our close-knit team very seriously and are excited to connect with those who see the value and potential of our business goals.
The Special Events Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and lead activities and programs for children ages 3-18. Activities include, but are not limited to, camps, movie nights, birthday parties, and more. The perfect fit will have the ability to create, design and lead a variety of recreational activities for a range of ages, willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, overnights and weekends, and have experience in recreation or working with children.
